BSOD et Freeze

Bonjour à tous,

Je viens vers vous car je ne sais plus quoi faire. Depuis quelques temps j'ai des problèmes avec mon ordi, il y a des freeze aléatoires, des messages d'erreurs ...
L'ordi se bloque souvent quand il n'y a pas d'activité, soit avant de se mettre en veille, soit après impossible de revenir l'écran reste noir. Du coup je suis allée voir un spécialiste, pas de problème de son côté. Il dit que cela pourrait venir de mon écran, de la souris, du clavier ou un problème entre logiciels.
J'ai récupéré mon ordinateur en fin de journée et j'ai déjà eu plantage BSOD avec des bluescreen.

J'avais réinstallé Windows, il n'y a presque plus rien dans mon ordi.

Suivre ce lien : Résoudre BSOD sur Windows

• Faire les vérifications et corrections SFC et DISM
• Vérifier la température de l'ordinateur.
• vérifier les disques avec CrystalDiskInfo
• Faire un memtest - pour vérifier les barrettes de mémoire RAM
• Faire une mise à jour des pilotes avec DriversCloud : Mettre à jour ses pilotes avec driversCloud
• Vérifie si une mise à jour du BIOS est disponible : Comment mettre à jour le BIOS (Flasher le BIOS)

Merci pour la réponse.

Tout fonctionne bien. Le BIOS est à jour. J'avais déjà fait les les vérifications et corrections SFC et DISM, aucun problème, ça n'avait rien résolu.

J'ai changé ma souris au cas où ça viendrait de ça. Je n'ai pas d'autre écran et clavier pour tester. En y pensant j'avais acheté un ordinateur il y a 2 ans et ça me faisait la même chose, des freezes sans arrêt, 5 retours au SAV et ils n'ont rien trouvé. Je n'ai jamais eu d'explication car je l'avais acheté dans un magasin, ils me l'ont repris. Je suis donc allée dans une boutique spécialisée en acheter un autre. Au début pas de problème et depuis quelques mois c'est régulier.

Et hier soir j'ai encore eu un écran bleu:

On va éliminer la souris, le problème est toujours là. J'ai eu 2 freeze en surfant sur internet.

Répare Windows 10 sans perte de données
Si pas mieux : Réinitialise Windows 10.

Merci pour la réponse Je l'ai déjà fait ainsi qu'une réinstallation complète.
