Je viens vers vous car je ne sais plus quoi faire. Depuis quelques temps j'ai des problèmes avec mon ordi, il y a des freeze aléatoires, des messages d'erreurs ...
L'ordi se bloque souvent quand il n'y a pas d'activité, soit avant de se mettre en veille, soit après impossible de revenir l'écran reste noir. Du coup je suis allée voir un spécialiste, pas de problème de son côté. Il dit que cela pourrait venir de mon écran, de la souris, du clavier ou un problème entre logiciels.
J'ai récupéré mon ordinateur en fin de journée et j'ai déjà eu plantage BSOD avec des bluescreen.
