Je viens vers vous car je me suis retrouver ce matin avec un Plantage écran bleu, j'ai utiliser le programme PickPick puis soudaine un bug.


J'ai donc lancé une analyse WhoCrashed (rapport suivant);

J'ai vérifié mes drivers pour savoir s'ils étaient à jour, effectivement certain ne l'été pas, j'ai donc effectué ses mises à jour manquantes.

Je voudrais savoir si cela a corriger mon crash ou la cause est tout autre.

Salut,

C'est difficile de te dire car le plantage a lieu dans un pilote lié à la couche réseau de Windows.
Donc la mise à jour du pilote Ethernet peut effectivement aider.

Ok, je vais voir dans les jours à venir si le crash se reproduit, je vous tiendrai informé par contre ma machine à envoyer les infos sur le crash au moment du décompte de l'analyse à Microsoft.

Fais une mise à jour driversCloud

et :


Suis le tutoriel FRST. ( prends le temps de lire attentivement - tout y est bien expliqué ).

Attendre la fin du scan, un message indique que l'analyse est terminée.
Télécharge et lance le scan FRST,

Trois rapports FRST seront générés :
* FRST.txt
* Shortcut.
* Additionnal.txt

Envoie ces 3 rapports sur le site https://pjjoint.malekal.com/ et en retour donne les 3 liens pjjoint qui mènent aux rapports ici dans une nouvelle réponse afin que l'on puisse les consulter.

(Les liens bleus mènent à des tutoriels explicatifs pas à pas, clic dessus pour avoir les instructions plus précises à suivre).

J'ai lancé le scan drivers Cloud, j'ai mis à jour les drivers carte de réseau et carte son, les seuls qui n'étaient pas à jour.

Certains sont iuntiles comme unchecky.

Je vais désinstaller tous c'est programmé et je reviens pour vous dire ce qu'il en est par contre je me suis aperçu quand effectuant les mise à jour pilôte que l'icône bluetooth n'apparaît plus dans la barre des tâches même en activant l'affichage.

J'ai été oubligé de réinstaller Windows 10 https://www.malekal.com/installer-windo ... s_formater car j'ai fait un Crash Dump test avec Whocrashed, ma machine à redémarrer en boucle avec écran bleu, en tentant une réparation du démarrage. Pour le moment tout fonctionne parfaitement.

Par contre j'ai réinstallé les programmes suivants.

CleanMem
NordVPN
MEGAsync
Brave (que je compte réinstaller)

Est-ce que j'aurais à nouveau un écran bleu ?


Y a-t-il une solution pour éviter ce désagrément à l'avenir.

Tu as réinstallé Windows 10 c'est ça ?
Si oui réinstalle le, enfin cleamem je vois pas bien l'intérêt.
Si les BSOD reviennent, tu sauras que c'est l'un de ces programmes.

Bonjour,

J'ai réinstallé Windows 10.
CleanMen je pensais que cela régulait la conso de la mémoire.
Ce programme je l'utilisé déjà sous Windows 7 avant le passage à W10, je croyais qu'il y avait pas de conséquence sachant qu'il est compatible.
Quand j'utilise CleanMen ma mémoire est maintenue à 30 % max et sans 44% .


A l'instant le BSOD .

Dans un premier temps je désinstalle CleanMen et je vois ce qui se passe avec

Cleamem ne régule pas l'utilisation mémoire.
Ca vide le cache donc pas grand intérêt.

ntfs c'est plutôt lié aux disques et systèmes de fichiers.
Me demande si c'est pas MegaSync mais bon ça se charge pas très bas.

Pour tant j'ai complètement désinstallé MegaSync , j'ai vérifié mais MAJ par contre une fois sur deux mon tiroir CD s'ouvre tout seul.
