Je viens quérir votre aide à propos d'un problème récurrent ces derniers temps.
Il s'agit de plantages réguliers de mon PC depuis une bonne semaine.
L'erreur est toujours la même BSOD SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION.
En installant et lançant WhoCrashed, on voit qu'Avira Antivir en est probablement la cause. Et d'ailleurs, quand je tente une manipulation depuis le panneau de configuration d'Avira Antivir, le PC plante automatiquement (par exemple, tentative de mise à jour qui ne se lançait pas automatiquement, ou de changement des heures de mises à jour automatique...).
Je l'ai désinstallé complètement par l'intermédiaire de IObit, et réinstallé. La fréquence des BSOD semble avoir diminué un peu, mais c'est loin d'être encore ça.
On voit aussi sur les rapports que ntoskrnl.exe est en cause.
Si le problème vient uniquement d'Avira, alors je le désinstallerai définitivement et opterai pour un autre Antivirus, bien que ça me fende le coeur... mais je serai curieux de savoir à quoi tout cela est dû.
