Vérifie les composants IIS installé, il faut aller dans le panneau de configuration puis programmes et fonctionnalités.
A gauche Activer ou désactiver les fonctionnalités de Windows, sur ma VM j'ai ça :
(IIS, tu as dans instance principale WEB etc - voir aussi ce que tu as dans Internet Information Service) :

Sur ma VM, je n'ai pas ce fichier : %windir%\system32\drmmgrtn.dll
Peut-être lié au Média Player de Windows que je ne dois pas avoir, vu ça semble être lié à des DRM.
Pour voir ce qui tourne sur l'ordi :

le tutoriel FRST. (
prends le temps de lire attentivement - tout y est bien expliqué ).
Télécharge et lance le scan FRST,
Attendre la fin du scan, un message indique que l'analyse est terminée.
Trois rapports FRST seront générés :

* Shortcut.
* Additionnal.txt
Envoie ces 3 rapports sur le site
