Bonjour

,

Je souhaiterais solliciter votre pour le pc portable d'un ami.
Il s'agit d'un HP Pavilion qui a 2 ans et demi, Windows 8 d'origine, à priori actuellement en Windows 10.
(17-e073sf f0f01ea#abf Intel Core i3-3110M 2,4GHz 4Go 1To DVD±RW AMD Radeon HD 8670M 1Go 17,3" Windows 8,
avec un disque Hitachi HGST 5K100 1To HTS541010A9E680)

Lors de l'allumage du pc, windows ne boot pas (ni même en mode sans échec), mais j'ai l'impression que c'est la partition recovery qui boot, il y a alors un "diagnostic", puis une "tentative de réparation", mais la "réparation automatique" n'abouti pas.
L'outil de diagnostic HP a permis de faire un "system extensive test" avec succès. Le disque dur à l'air ok (les test smart, short dst, optimized dst et long dst ont été fait avec succès).

J'ai pu démarrer avec succés avec le Malekal Live DVD W10.
Dans le poste de travail sont visibles "c:" et "d: Recovery".

C: n'est pas lisible et windows propose de le formater (ce que je n'ai pas fait bien sur).

diskpart indique :

J'ai lancé une analyse avec testdisk 7.0, l'analyse à pris entre 2 et 8 heures, et la "deep search" entre 10 et 13h. Je n'ai encore rien fait avec testdisk car je ne sais pas bien l'utiliser.

A priori il y a un problème sur la partition windows n'est-ce pas ?
Que me conseillez-vous ?

Salut,

Tu as des données importantes à récupérer ? documents etc ?
Car au pire on peut réinstaller tout.

Depuis le CD Live Malekal, tu dois avoir HD Tune, lance le, sélectionne le disque dur en haut (normalement, il est déjà mis)
vas dans l'onglet Health, tu as des erreurs ?

A tenter effectivement Tutoriel TestDisk ?

Inspire toi de cette vidéo :

Charge le disque le /dev/sda
> Analyse
> Quick Search
puis la touche P (List files en bas) pour voir si tu arrives à lister les fichiers.

Il va falloir que je relance l'analyse de Testdisk, car j'ai appuyé par erreur sur le clic droit et ca collé le contenu du presse papier, et donc j'ai du quitter TeskDisk

Est-ce courant que l'analyse dure plus de 8 heure pour un disque 2.5" de 1 To ?

C'est bien la partition C en question que tu as perdu ?

Bonjour Malekal,

Oui dans l'explorateur windows, je vois une partition C: mais elle n'est pas accessible, ni au boot, ni depuis l'explorateur windows du live dvd. En revanche, je ne sais pas combien de partition il y avait sur le pc avant le soucis.

Hier, avec testdisk je crois avoir copié le backup boot sector sur le boot sector de la partition c:, en effet testdisk indiqué l'état Bad (j'espérai que ça ferait une copie volatile et propose de lister les fichiers mais je crois que ça l'a écrit en dur).
Depuis l'analyse du disque par testdisk est très rapide (2 minutes au lieu de 10 heures). L'analyse Testdisk n'a pas permis de lister les fichiers de la partition c:. J'ai lancé la deep search qui est toujours en cours : 90% réalisés en 16 heures.
Si cela n'est pas fructueux, je pense tenter "Rebuild BS" la reconstruction du Boot Sector (le repair MFT n'avait rien donné).

S'il existe d'autres outils adaptés pour ce cas de figure (sur un live cd windows ou linux), je veux bien essayer.

Je cherche donc à accéder à cette partition:

qui est identifiée RAW par diskpart:

penses-tu que chkdsk C: /F /R puisse être fructueux ? C'est à utiliser en dernier recours puisque cela fait des modifications en écriture sur la partition, ce n'est donc pas réversible n'est-ce pas ?

La deep search de testdisk c'est terminée, mais je n'ai qu'une partition de plus de 100Go et la la commande list n'été pas fonctionnelle :

Faut écrire le minimum dessus, donc pas de checkdisk etc.
Le Rebuild BS est à faire en dernier.

Est-ce que RecoverMyFiles ou Active File Recovery sont capables de récupérer les fichiers qui t'interressent ?
=> Comment récupérer les fichiers supprimés/effacés.

Bonjour Malekal

Suite et fin:
*Je n'ai pas réussi à récupérer ma partition RAW.
*J'ai récupéré une partie des photos et documents avec PhotoRec d'une part, et avec PC Inspector File Recovery d'autre part (J'avais aussi essayé Recuva, et GetDataBack mais sans succès).
*Enfin j'ai reformaté la partition RAW et réinstallé Windows.

Un grand merci pour le Live DVD Win10 où était inclus WinNTsetup qui m'a permis de réinstaller le windows OEM à partir de la partition recovery.

Recuva n'est pas très efficace. Je l'avais déjà signalé sur la page Testdisk.
PC Inspector File Recovery est pas mal.
