Bonjour,

J'ai des soucis avec mon petit portable. Il rame comme c'est pas possible... J'ai essayé de nettoyer avec les divers outils comme roguekiller, cclaener, malwayresbytes,.. je doit ré-installer un antivirus, avira ne fonctionnait plus.

Salut,

Suis la FAQ : Mon Ordinateur est lent.
Laisse tomber AdwCleaner etc.
- Vérifie la température de l'ordinateur.
- Vérifie la CPU si utilisation mémoire/CPU excessive par un processus en particulier. N'hésite pas à fournir des captures d'écran du gestionnaire de tâches avec les processus triés sur la colonne CPU pour voir celui qui reste le plus proche de 100%.
- Fais un checkdisk / Vérifie l'ordinateur avec HD Tune.
- Fais un nettoyage System File Check (SFC) et DISM

Ok d'accord, j'ai lu ce qui concerne la température, effectivement mon ventilateur s'emballe pour rien !!

j'ai téléchargé le logiciel et il y a des températures trop élevées. Il y a un informaticien qui s'occupe de nos ordis du boulot, pour un petit billet, il propose de dépoussiérer l'interieur car selon lui la poussière peut generer des montées de température. j'ai un ami qui l'a fait et son ordi ne surchauffe plus.

Si je commence par ça, vous en pensez quoi ?
