Impossible d'accéder aux pages https sur mon Windows 7

Bonsoir,

Depuis hier, j'ai un soucis sur mon Windows 7, il m'est impossible d'accéder à toutes les pages en https.
Je n'arrive qu'à ouvrir celles en http. J'ai installé plusieurs antivirus, antimalware, antiblabla et rien n'y fait.

Quelqu'un a t'il une solution for me ?

Salut,

Surement un problème dû à l'antivirus, voir : Erreur SSL et HTTPs

pour voir :

Suis le tutoriel FRST. ( prends le temps de lire attentivement - tout y est bien expliqué ).

Télécharge et lance le scan FRST, 3 rapports FRST seront générés :
* FRST.txt
* Shortcut.txt
* Additionnal.txt

Envoie ces 3 rapports sur le site http://pjjoint.malekal.com/ et en retour donne les 3 liens pjjoint qui mènent aux rapports ici dans une nouvelle réponse afin que l'on puisse les consulter.
Première règle élémentaire de sécurité : on réfléchit puis on clic et pas l'inverse - Les fichiers/programmes c'est comme les bonbons, quand ça vient d'un inconnu, on n'accepte pas !

Le rapport FRST.txt est vide, renvoie le stp et donne le nouveau lien pjjoint.
Première règle élémentaire de sécurité : on réfléchit puis on clic et pas l'inverse - Les fichiers/programmes c'est comme les bonbons, quand ça vient d'un inconnu, on n'accepte pas !

Le programme P2PControl, tu es sûr qu'il est clean ?

Voici la correction à effectuer avec FRST. Tu peux t'aider de cette note explicative avec des captures d'écran.

Ouvre le bloc-notes : Touche Windows + R,
Dans le champs "Exécuter", saisir notepad et OK.

Une fois, le texte collé dans le Bloc-notes,
Menu "Fichier" puis "Enregistrer sous",
A gauche, place toi sur le Bureau,
Dans le champs en bas, nom du fichier mets : fixlist.txt
Clique sur "Enregistrer", cela va créer fixlist.txt sur le Bureau.

Relance FRST et clique sur le bouton "Corriger / Fix"
Un redémarrage sera peut-être nécessaire ( pas obligatoire )
Un fichier texte apparait, copie/colle le contenu ici dans un nouveau message.


Redémarre l'ordinateur.


Enfin, pense à réinitialiser tes navigateurs:

Réinitialise tes navigateurs et/ou re-paramètre manuellement tes navigateurs WEB ( page de démarrage, moteur de recherche, etc ) mais aussi supprimer/désactiver les extensions inutiles/parasites.
Pour t'aider à effectuer ce ménage, clique ci-dessous sur le nom du navigateur WEB que tu utilises :
* Réinitialiser et réparer Mozilla Firefox
* Réinitialiser et réparer Google Chrome
* Réinitialiser et réparer Internet Explorer



et enfin :



MalwareBytes ( durée : environ 40min de scan ):

Télécharge et installe MBAM. La version gratuite permet de nettoyer ( décoche bien la proposition d'essai de la version Premium à la fin de l'installation ) :
* Tutoriel MBAM version gratuite
* Tutoriel MBAM version payante

Mettre MBAM à jour puis lancer un examen.
A la fin du scan, clique sur "Supprimer Sélection" en bas à gauche.
Redémarrer l'ordinateur si nécessaire puis relancer Malwarebytes.
Vas chercher le rapport dans l'onglet "Historique".

A gauche "Journal d'analyse", double-clique sur l'examen dans la liste. Puis en bas "Copier dans le presse papier", va sur http://pjjoint.malekal.com/, clique droit "Coller" pour coller le contenu du rapport du scan. Clique sur "Envoyer". Dans un nouveau message ici en réponse, donne le lien pjjoint afin de pouvoir consulter le rapport.

Bonjour,
Tout d'abord un grand merci pour tes réponses rapides et pour la procédure qui est très explicite. Ce n'est pas toujours facile pour une novice comme moi de comprendre le "charabia" informatique mais avec ton aide, il y a juste à suivre et exécuter..... MERCI !

Alors pour le programme P2PControl, je ne sais pas du tout à quoi cela sert, je l'ai donc supprimé dans programmes files x86 et dans mes programmes.

Après avoir fait tout ça, je n'arrive toujours pas à avoir accès aux pages https et j'avoue que je commence à déprimer.

Ce que tu as donné pour Malwarebytes, c'est la liste del a protection en temps réel.
Normalement dans historique, tu dois avoir les historique => journal de l'historique d'examen ou d'analyse.
Première règle élémentaire de sécurité : on réfléchit puis on clic et pas l'inverse - Les fichiers/programmes c'est comme les bonbons, quand ça vient d'un inconnu, on n'accepte pas !

Je n'ai rien d'autres de visibles dans historique.
Dois-je relancer Malwarebytes ?
Y a t'il quelque chose de particulier que je dois cocher ou décocher ?

Toutes les pages HTTPs continuent de ne pas fonctionner ?
Sur tous les navigateurs WEB ?
Tu as quelles erreurs sur Mozilla Firefox ?

Je n'ai pas Mozilla Firefox
Oui aucune page https ne fonctionne ni sur internet explorer ni sur chrome

Pour Malwarebytes j'avais oublié de décocher la version prénium donc j'ai relancé
