Mises à jour Windows : erreurs 0x80070005, 0x80070BC9,..

Dans l'article "erreurs windows update", vous suggérez d'envoyer "wupdate.log" donc je le joins.
Il y a plusieurs mois que je me heurte au même problème:
-erreur d'installation de KB2952664 (parfois j'ai "succès" dans la liste des mises à jour, mais je ne la retrouve jamais dans "mises à jour installées")
-idem avec KB3035583 (jamais de succès).Or il parait que cette dernière est indispensable pour installer Windows 10... J'ai fait vérifier mon Windows : pas d'infection!
J'ai le plus souvent une erreur 0x80070005, parfois erreur 0x80070BC9

Je vais finir par formater mais je vais perdre certains programmes dont j'ai perdu les clés d'activation.

Essaye en désactivant ton antivirus aussi.

J'ai deja regardé, mais il n'y a rien sur les erreurs que j'ai obtenues. je sais juste que 80070005 est un "access denied". Auriez-vous une idée de comment "casser" ce refus d'acces? J'ai eu plusieurs suggestions sur internet, mais je voudrais un avis "pro" avant de me lancer à l'aveuglette:

1/ If no solution in this tutorial works, open Start menu or screen, type "cmd" without quotes, right-click Command Prompt and choose "Run as administrator". In the black window, type "cd /D %windir%" without quotes and press Enter, then type icacls * /T /Q /C /RESET and press Enter. Then restart your device and try running Windows Update again.

2/ Here's how to resolve error 80070BC9:
1. Open Start menu, type "cmd" without quotes, right-click Command Prompt and choose "Run as administrator".
2. In the black Command Prompt window, type or copy-paste "fsutil resource setautoreset true c:\" without quotes. Press Enter key to run the command.
3. Restart your computer and boot into Safe Mode
4. Open Start menu, type "cmd" without quotes and click Command Prompt (in Safe Mode, it will launch with administrator rights by default).
5. Type "cd %SystemRoot%\System32\SMI\Store\Machine" without quotes and press Enter.
6. Type "attrib -s -h *" wi thout quotes and press Enter.
7. Type "del *.blf" without quotes and press Enter.
8. Type "del *.regtrans-ms" without quotes and press Enter.
9. Type "cd %SystemRoot%\System32\config\TxR" without quotes and press Enter.
10. Type "attrib -s -h *" without quotes and press Enter.
11. Type "del /q *" without quotes and press Enter.
12. Restart your computer and let it start normally. Log back in and check if Windows Update works.

Que pensez-vous de ce tutoriel, c'est adapté??
