bojour à tous,
depuis quelques jours j'ai un problème avec un écran bleu code erreur igdpmd64.sys et une bordure noire sur mon écran, souci avec ma carte graphique je pense
matériel: HP envy 14 sous windows 7, carte graphique Radeon HD 6630M
opération déjà effectuée: installation du pack HP mise à jour des pilotes de la carte graphique / utilitaire Intel driver update

Effectivement sur certains sujets mettre à jour le pilote résoud le problème.

comme demandé je t'envoie les conclusions de whocrashed
j'ai bien le poste, malheureusement j'ai déjà effectué les opérations préconisées sans résultats
à l'exception de la sauvegarde du système qui a échoué n'ayant plus de point de restauration avant mes problèmes
je ne sais pas s'il est possible de récupérer sur windows des anciens points de restauration ?
