[RESOLU] Probleme d'installation Antivir Avira

J'essaye deseperement d'installer Antivir sur W8 mais lorsque j'essaye de faire une mise a jour j'ai un message d'erreur, voici le log

Lire le support technique d'Avira, code erreur 537.

Un grand merci, après lecture du liens j'ai lancer Norton Removal Tool pour nettoyer l'ancienne installation de l'antivirus et dans les options j'ai ticker "Ne pas utiliser de serveur proxy" et maintenant il semble marcher, j'ai telecharger toutes les maj et il m'indique que mon PC est proteger.
