Problème écran bleu (win32k.sys)

Alors voila bonsoir à vous, j'ai vue sur ce topic ( http://forum.malekal.com/probleme-ecran ... t4840.html ) que vous aviez réussi à venir en aide a une personne qui a le même soucis que moi, à savoir un écran bleu à cause de win32k.sys qui crash. Mon cas est un peu différent étant donner que mon PC semble crashé de manière random en me faisant un écran bleu et ensuite se redémarre normalement avant de recrashé quelques minutes / heures plus tard.

J'ai déjà fait un scan avec l'aide de HiJackThis.exe en suivant les instructions de Malekal_Morte et voila le résultat :
