Bonjour,
Je cherchais sur internet un moyen de me débarrasser définitivement d'un virus avec lequel je me bats depuis un bout de temps quand je suis tombée sur ce forum.
J'espère vivement que vous pourrez m'aider à régler mon problème.

J'ai malencontreusement installé un programme malveillant sur mon ordi qui m'a tout fait buger. Mon ordi est devenu super lent, plein de pages de publicité s'ouvraient, plein de programmes qui étaient en train de s'installer non stop.. J'ai essayé d'en désinstaller un maximum, mais certains programmes qui étaient en train de s'installer a disparue de la liste des programmes installés sur mon ordi, sans que j'ai pu avoir le temps de les désinstaller! De plus, certains programmes personnels qui étaient installés sur mon ordi depuis longtemps ont disparus de la liste des programmes installés.
Donc je me dis qu'il y a sur mon ordi des programmes malveillants qui sont installés sans que je puisse ni les voir, ni les désinstaller avec la fonction de désinstallation des programmes dans le panneau de configuration de windows.

Ce gros bug a changé ma navigation et depuis a chaque fois que j'allume internet je réinitialise mes fonctionnalités google chrome et je supprime les extensions (smartsaver) pour supprimer ce navigateur surement malveillant de mon internet. Ca aurait pu être supportable si cette extension ne se réinstallait pas automatiquement toutes les 2h... Maintenant mes sites habituels bugent, et je commence vraiment a être à bout de patience..

J'ai vu dans d'autres sujets de ce forum qu'il fallait télécharger OTL et faire un scan.

Pour la liste des programmes c'est mort, les "infections" les ont supprimés à moins d'utiliser un point de restauration avant l'infection > tente ça déja.

relançe OTL , Copies et colles le contenue de cette citation ci dessous (en commençant bien à :OTL , les : inclus devant OTL jusqu'à [emptytemp] inclus) dans la partie inférieure d'OTL sous "Personalisation"
et cette fois ci clic CORRECTION

Pour adwcleaner, je l'ai lancé, mais il a été interrompu puis supprimé par mon anti virus AVG, du coup l'ordi n'a pas redémarré et je n'ai pas pu avoir le rapport. Je l'ai supprimé, et j'ai relancé adwcleaner.

Oui, pour l'instant aucune extension ne s'est installée, et mon ordi est un peu plus rapide.

Relance adwcleaner et clic desinstaller & Relance OTL et clic Purge outils.


Il est important de surfer avec un navigateur non propriétaire, pour encore une fois des questions de fiabilité, de sécurité et pour que celui ci ne transmette pas directement un ensemble de données que vous utilisez/visualisez (comme c’est le cas de Chrome avec Google). Il est fortement recommandé d’utiliser Firefox, pour ces raisons et pour son aspect modulable, fonctionnant avec des modules comme Ad-block ( comme son nom l’indique, bloquer les publicités ), NoScript pour gérer flash ( voir 3 - Le format SWF (Flash) et les risques liés à son utilisation - http://www.cert.ssi.gouv.fr/site/CERTFR ... index.html - ), JavaScript, et\ou Iframe pourries sur sites compromis potentiellement générateur d'infections ( - http://forum.malekal.com/les-exploits-s ... t3563.html - )!!

Attention à ce que tu installes :
Des logiciels additionnels sont proposés (barre d'outils, adwares) via l'installation de logiciel gratuit en général ou via certains sites de téléchargement comme Softonic ou 01Net.
L'éditeur touche de l'argent à chaque installation réussie de ces programmes additionnels (un genre de sponsoring), ton PC se retrouve avec des barres d'outils qui ralentissent le navigateur ou des adwares qui ouvrent des popups de publicités.
Les barres d'outils sont là pour t'affilier à un service (moteur de recherche de Yahoo! ou Google), ça rajoute des fonctionnalités mais en général les navigateurs les ont par défaut.
De plus, elles enregistrent les sites que tu visites pour les transmettre (tracking) à faire de la publicité ciblée, c'est pas super niveau protection de la vie privée.
Plusieurs toolbars ralentissent le PC et peuvent faire planter les navigateurs WEB.
Au final, il est pas conseillé d'en utiliser.

Enfin l'accumulation de ces programmes ralentissent l'ordinateur/navigateur WEB.

Ces programmes additionnels sont proposées à l'installation de programmes et très souvent ces ajouts sont précochés. C'est notamment le cas sur 01net et Softonic qu'ils est conseillé d'éviter comme sites de téléchargement.
Dès lors, lorsque tu installes un programme, lis bien ce qui est proposé car tu risques d'installer des barres d'outils sans le savoir.
