Connexion internet entraine ecran bleu et redémarrage

Bonjour,

Voilà, je présente le problème qui m'amène ici.
Une amie a un portable Acer qui jusque là marchait correctement.
Elle aurait téléchargé Skype le weekend dernier et depuis a un gros problème au niveau de l'integrité de son disque dur, avec echec système, ecran bleu, vérification du disque dur, problémes de fichiers croisés, redémarrage en boucle...
J'ai réussi en mode sans echec à faire redémarrer son windows XP et à parvenir au bureau. Depuis j'ai essayé de faire une restauration système , nettoyer Skype ( même s'il reste toujours affiché dans la liste des programmes installés et qu'il m'est impossible de le supprimer totalement...), fait chkdsk c: f r, un scan complet antivirus en mode sans echec, etc etc...
Le problème n'est plus vraiment de démarrer l'ordinateur et son Windowx XP et d'accéder à son bureau, non , mais de se connecter à internet!
Là il plante systématiquement et instantanément dès qu'on veut ouvrir Explorer ou Windows update et retour à l'écran bleu, redémarrage et vérification de l'intégrité du disque dur ...
Que faire , je n'ai plus d'idées...

En fouillant un peu sur le forum, j'ai aussi vérifier comme indiqué, le gestionnaire de périphériques.
J'ai coché la case "Afficher les périphériques cachés" et noté qu'il manquait les lignes "Environnement de prise en charge de réseau AFO et de fournisseur de services..."
De plus il y aurait un problème avec "Avast Asynchronous virus monitor" et "Serial" qui ne fonctionneraient pas correctement..
Le problème viendrait il de là ?

Je ne sais pas trop ce que tu veux comme rapport de whocrashed...
En plus n'ayant aucune possibilité de me connecter sur le portable défaillant, j'espère avoir compris et bien fait ce que tu demandes.
A première vue, Avast, et non Skype, serait à la base de ces crashs à répétition...

Pour le coup ça semble être avast! qui plante la machine.

Tu peux le désinstaller pour voir ce que ça donne, après redémarrage.

J'ai désisnstallé Avast avec Aswclear et ô miracle, la connexion internet et l'ordinateur redémarrent sans problème pour l'instant...
Je m'aperçois que son portable n'est pas trop à jour et je pense lui installer Antivir à la place de ce vieux Avast, décidément de plus en plus source de problèmes !
