Problème winsock et connection internet

Bonjour,
Suite à une infection j'ai un problème depuis 3 jours, impossible d'utiliser internet sur mon PC en vista. La connection internet (free) n'est pas en cause car j'ai un autre PC en XP qui fonctionne. J'ai à peu prêt utilisé toute les commandes sur les différents trouvées ici et là sur les forum notamment les commandes netsh, mais rien n'y fait.
Je pense par contre avoir une piste, je n'arrive pas à supprimer la clé de registre Winsock, et c'est peut être ce qui pose problème, lorsque j'essai de faire un winsock reset catalog qui me met accès refusé. Je me suis mis en Super Administrateur et cela ne fonctionne pas non plus, en mode sans échec non plus. J'ai essayé différents utilitaire qui permettent normalement de remettre les protocoles nickel mais cela fonctionne pas non plus. Donc là je commence à manquer d'idée. J'ai lancé le adwCleaner qui a supprimé un pacquet de truc , par contre pour la commande netsh,
c'est bien ce que j'avais déjà tenté.

J'ai réessayé, et j'ai toujours un message "Accès refusé" même en administrateur.

Sinon autre info que j'ai oublié de signaler. Dès fois lorsque je tente une réparation de mes connections par les outils classique de windows (click droit/réparer), il me dit qu'il manque les protocoles réseaux sur l'ordinateur et si je veux les réinstaller. Je dis oui et il n'y arrive pas.

Lorsque je lance msinfo32.exe dans composant\réseau\protocole, je n'ai rien du tout donc je pense que le soucis est là.

Et comme beaucoup de PC acheté dans le commerce, je n'ai pas le CD d'installation.

Le problème, c'est que je ne peux pas supprimer la clé winsock. J'ai peur que mes difficultés viennent de là d'ailleurs.

Que je sois en administrateur, ou pas, il ne veut pas. La winsock 2 il veut bien par contre.

Et j'ai essayé de changer le fichier, il ne voulais pas il me dit de vérifier qu'il n'est pas en cours de modification.

Bon j'ai réussi à virer la clé winsock. Le propriétaire était system, c'est pour çà que je ne pouvais pas. Par contre je ne peux pas changer le fichier. Mais je vais peut être pouvoir faire des manips, que je ne pouvais pas faire car la clé existait. Je te tiens au courant.

Bon j'ai réussi à modifier le fichier, c'était encore une histoire de propriétaire.

Maintenant je suis dans vista donc je fais centre réseau et partage, je vais dans ma connection reseau local. Et là j'ai plein de truc sur lesquels je peux faire la manip :

- Client pour les réseaux microsoft
- Planificateur de paquet
- Partage de fichiers

-Protocole RMCAST
-Protocole internet version 6
-Protocole internet version 4
-Pilote d'E/S du mapage de découverte de topologie...
- Répondeur de découverte de toplogie...

Bon en fait j'avais fais la réinstalle sur les différents protocoles.

PAr contre après, je ne peux pas faire désinstaller. Il reste grisé.

J'ai redémarré, cela ne fonctionne toujours pas mais dans msinfo32.exe\Composant\réseau\protocole, maintenant j'ai msafd tcpip[TCP/IPV6] et msafd[UDP/IPv6] , msafd Pgm(RDM) et msAFD Pgm(Stream)

Il me reste a trouver pourquoi mon pare-feu ne veut plus s'executer (le service refuse de démarrer) mais internet fonctionne.

Première chose que je vais faire, c'est de créer des points de restauration réguliers, car pas envie de
regalerer comme ça.
