bonjour a tous

j' ai besoin d' aide et de votre grand savoir.Je subis des pics de pcu important.Juste en demarrant le pc il est a 2-4% d usage Pcu d un coup il peut passer a 52%. Si je lance Chrome ca devient l horreur lui seul peut bouffer 74% , firefox n est pas mieux 72% ,D onc pc demarré +navigateur j atteins des pic de 98% . Ces valeurs sont indiquées par Process explorer qui indiquent aussi comme coupables : search protocol Host taskhost.ex - trusted installer.exe et un truc audio .Au niveau conaissances pc je suis une quiche alors expliquez moi bien que faire dans un langage accesible , merci

Pour voir :

Télécharge HiJackThis de Merijn sur ton bureau.

• Procède à son installation.
• Une fois l'installation achevée, lance le via son icône sur le bureau ou bien via Démarrer>Tout les Programmes>HijackThis>Hijackthis
• Clique sur "Do a system scan and save a logfile".
• Le rapport s'affiche dans le bloc-note à présent.
• Copie colle son contenu dans ton prochain message sur le forum.

bien j ai supprimer 20 dollarddesurf, j ai fixé les lignes que tu m a indiqué j ai créé une suvegarde ensuite et un point de restauration pour passer a l etape optimiser le pc j ai tout suivi par contre 2 hic :

j ai pas pu en suivant l indication trouver ctfmon.exe ni nvcpldaemon ( j ai win 7 familial ) et j ai un souci je ne sais pas quoi desintaller en programmes ci joint en 2 partie ce qu il y a sur le pc

rien ne va mieux j ai redemarré voici une capture process explorer legére à 54%
car j ai eu un pic apres a 76% mais pas pu l avoir a temps



il ya eu searchprotocole host et svchost.exe encore
en fait vu que les pics sont la encore et qu on a fait que hyjackthis , y aurait pas plutot une infection cachée ?c pas possible des pic pareils

pourquoi chrome est aficché 3 fois alors que j ai qu une page donc un onglet d ouvert? ( avec ie y a qu une fois et idem firefox si on fait l essai) ca me taraude cette question

j ai remarqué si je change de page ou que je fais un f5 avec chrome celui ci monte , il fait des gros pics
