J'ai un petit souci qui vient de temps en temps s'affiché sur mon écran,je suis obligé d’éteindre complétement le pc pour ôter cette écran bleue

Tu utilises l'antivirus Kaspersky ?

Slt oui kaspersky internet security 2012

Kaspersky est connu pour faire planter dxgmms1.sys.

Désinstalle-le quelques temps et vois si les écrans bleus se produisent.

(Tu peux rester sans antivirus quelques jours tant que ton PC est à jour et que tu réfléchis avant de cliquer )
