connexion internet présente mais pas de connexion

Bonjour les amis,

Cela fait déjà un petit moment que je cherche une solution sur les forums mais rien n'explique mon bizarre problème, je me décides donc enfin à poster pour trouver la solution, merci d'avance pour votre aide.

Explication du problème :

Tout d'abord, je suis client chez VOO avec le modem wi-fi NETGEAR CG3100, j'ai un pc portable connecté en Wi-Fi sans aucuns problèmes de connexion !

Le problème vient de mon pc fixe, qui lui, est connecté via câble, alors, pas facile d'expliquer les symptômes :

Quand j'allume mon pc fixe et si je ne lance pas INTERNET EXPLORER, FIREFOX ou CHROME :

- lorsque je fais une mise à jour de F-SECURE INTERNET SECURITY : pas de problème, celle-ci se réalise

- sur le gadget NETWORK METER : Int. IP = 192.168.0.5 (comme dans l'ipconfig ci-dessous)

Ext. IP : Checking (0)

- les mises à jour WIindows se font aussi

par contre, dés que j'essaie de lancer un des 3 progs pour aller sur internet :

- ceux ci s'ouvre mais ne se connecte pas (sans pour autant me marquer des messages d'erreurs)

- sur le gadget NETWORK METER : Int. IP = 192.168.0.5

Ext. IP : No Connection

- les différentes mise à jour qui fonctionnait avant ne fonctionne plus !
