Bonjour,

je profite que ma connexion internet fonctionne pour poster !

j'ai donc de gros soucis avec ma connexion internet-câble ethernet (la connexion "saute", difficulté à se reconnecter, connexion limité...)

Je voudrais savoir s'il y a une manip à réaliser pour déjà arriver à identifier d’où peut venir le problème ? si ça vient de chez moi ou de la ligne (sa m'évitera de faire le 1033 et d'attendre)

Je n'ai rien changé à ma config, même en faisant tourner sans parefeu, sans antivirus (Avast6) la connexion est capricieuse.

juste pour compléter, lorsque je perds la connexion et que je fais un diagnostic j'ai un message du genre "impossible de dialoguer avec le serveur DNS principal-diagnostic réseau ont envoyé une commande ping à l'hôte réseau mais n'ont pas reçu de réponse"

j'ai essayé de changer le filtre sans succès

j'ai exécuté la commande netsh winsock reset et voir ce que ça donne
