Des problèmes particuliers ? Tu as pas grand chose qui se lance au démarrage, donc même en virant trois, quatre lignes tu ne gagneras pas grand chose.

oui c'est un samsung n130 Intel Atom N270 (1,6 GHz) avec 1 go avec free
pas de problème particulier c'était juste histoire de gagner un peu en rapidité démarrage

Pour être franc et ne pas se voiler les yeux ! En fait pour faire simple, seules les lignes 04 et 23 (et encore ...) te font gagner du temps.

Optimiser c'est bien quand tu as une vingtaine de programmes à shooter et pour optimiser des services inutiles.

Ce PC n'a jamais été optimisé ? Après à toi de voir si tu gardes ou pas

Sinon, c'est vrai que certaines ne sont vraiment pas essentielles :
