Déconnexions intempestives d'internet

Bonjour, depuis environ 3 mois je suis réguliérement déconnectée d'internet. Il m'indique de temps en temps et au démarage de mon ordi que la connexion est limitée et innexistante ( j'ai le petit triangle jaune en bas du bureau). Sinon quand je suis sur internet il me déconnecte sans arrêt et il me met des messages du genre : erreur de réseau ou la communication a été coupée etc...Ceci a commencé quand Avast! m'a détecté un roocktit sur mes deux sessions de mon ordi. C'est en voulant le supprimer et en rallumant l'ordinateur que les problémes ont commencé. Pensez-vous que c'est ma connexion ou que j'ai toujours un virus ?

Sans doute Avast qui à viré svchost....met le à jour plus souvent, cette histoire date de juin quand même...

Avant, dit moi, c'est bien sur le fichier svchost qu'avast a biper ?

En revanche je ne peux pas vous dire s'il s'agit de ce fichier...Ca fait un moment que j'ai ce probléme et je n'ai pas vraiment regardé l'emplacement du virus qu'Avast! m'avait détecté...Je fais quand même ce que vous m'avez dit ?

Hum...
Avant, tu fait ceci
Tu ouvre le poste de travail via le menu démarrer
Tu entre dans le disque C:
Tu défile les dossiers Windows> System32
Ensuite tu cherche parmi les fichiers si Svchost ou Svchost.exe est présent
Si il n'est pas présent, fait comme je te l'ai dit plus haut, si il est là, reviens me le dire

J'ai bien regardé et je n'ai pas ce fichier sur mon ordinateur. Mes déconnexions internet sont donc dûes à la suppression de ce fichier ? Je suis allée sur le lien que vous m'aviez envoyé afin de récupérer ce fichier mais je ne comprends pas trop ce qu'il faut faire..=S

Ok, je vais te décrire la procédure
Tu télécharge ce fichier
fix_svchost_fr.zip
Ensuite, tu le dézippe sur ton bureau (clique droit> extraire...)
Après, tu prend une clé usb ou un disque dur externe, et tu copie le contenu du dossier dézippé( et pas l'archive, dedans tu a trois fichier normalement) dans la clé usb
Après, tu démarre le pc qui ne vas pas bien, tu branche la clé et copie le dossier avec les trois fichiers sur le bureau
Ensuite, tu débranche ta clé
Tu commence par cliqué sur copyfile.bat
Ensuite tu clique sur regfix.reg
Tu valide la modification des données du registre, tu redémarre l'ordinateur et c'est bon
Ensuite, met vite Avast a jour, car sinon il risque de bipé à nouveau (ne tient pas compte de ses alertes)

Merci pour votre aide mais en faisant ce que vous m'avez dit je me suis rendue compte que le fichier était finalement bien sur mon ordinateur, qu'il n'avait pas été supprimé donc par Avast!. Je continue par ailleurs de me déconnecter sans cesse. Je ne sais vraiment plus quoi faire, je ne sais vraiment pas d'où ça provient =(

- Télécharge HiJackThis de Merijn sur ton bureau.
- Double-clic sur HijackThis
- Génère un rapport en suivant ces indications :
- Exécute le et clique sur Do a scan and save log file.
- Le rapport s'ouvre sur le Bloc-Note
- Colle le rapport ici, pour cela :
- Menu Edition / Selectionner Tout
- Menu Edition / copier
- Ici dans un nouveau message : clic droit / coller

Salut, oui c'est normal je n'ai plus Avast! depuis un ptit moment. Quand les problémes ont commencé j'ai essayé plusieurs antivirus comme Antivir. Pour finir je l'ai enlevé et actuellement j'ai Norton sur mon PC. Les antivirus que j'ai passé m'ont bien trouvé un ou deux virus mais aprés les avoir supprimé, je me déconnectais toujours autant =(.

Bonsoir. Désolée de ne répondre que maintenant mais je n'arrivais plus à me connecter. En effet ma livebox ne marchait plus du tout il a fallu la changé et tout réinstallé. Je n'ai plus de clé Wifi mais un cable maintenant et depuis qu'on a installé la nouvelle Livebox je ne me suis pas déconnectée et je n'ai plus de problémes pour l'instant...J'ai quand même désinstallé Norton et retélécharger Antivir. J'ai refait un scan avec Antivir et voici le rapport du scan d'antivir...
