D'après le rapport, il ne parvient pas à télécharger certains éléments,

pour voir :

Suis le tutoriel FRST. ( prends le temps de lire attentivement - tout y est bien expliqué ).

Télécharge et lance le scan FRST, 3 rapports FRST seront générés :
* FRST.txt
* Shortcut.
* Additionnal.txt

Envoie ces 3 rapports sur le site http://pjjoint.malekal.com/ et en retour donne les 3 liens pjjoint qui mènent aux rapports ici dans une nouvelle réponse afin que l'on puisse les consulter.

Sinon j'ai ça chrome diagnostic connectivité :


Et j'ai installé des scripts non sécurisés, du coup je me retrouve avec un profil corrompu bien que Chrome ne plante pas... En effet, j'ai TamperMonkey avec beaucoup de scripts, et depuis quelques jours j'ai constaté cela :


que faire svp ? En effet, j'ai HMA! VPN et j'ai touché dans routeur freebox, bref je n'arrive pas à avoir mon adresse IP locale donc bon j'en ai déduit quelque chose, je n'y comprends absolument rien... j'ai ouvert des ports...

Après si tu passes par un VPN, c'est sûr que la connexion peut-être ralenti et que tous tes problèmes proviennent de là...

Merci de me dire ce que je dois faire pour retrouver un PC stable sans restaurer...
L'autre jour, suite à des MAJ WU il a redémarrer mais ne voulais pas démarrer, il mettait fichier système manquant je ne sais plus quoi exactement, puis réparer windows, le démarrage, il a essayé de restauré à une date antérieure.
J'ai pourtant déjà passé AdwCleaner, ZHP (j'ai tout réparé), Malwarebytes aussi puis passé la commande sfc /scannow et chkdsk déjà pour améliorer les choses...

Sinon je peux utiliser DeepFreeze quand le système sera stable et vacciner avec USBFix tous les supports amovibles... Enfin je ne sais pas...

A noter, j'avais le pilote ou driver réseau "teredo tunneling pseudo-interface" avec triange jaune attention, j'ai essayé de mettre à jour impossible donc j'ai désinstaller, je ne sais même plus pourquoi et avec quoi il s'est installé...

Aussi j'ai "Autres périphériques" "Contrôleur de bus" Les pilotes de ce périphérique ne sont pas installés. (Code 28)
avec un point d'exclamation, j'ai fait en sorte que pendant la veille de l'ordi ils puissent toujours êtres actif, utilisable... Et depuis j'ai ça....
ce doit être lié.

Pourquoi avoir fait tous ces nettoyages inutiles JRT, ZHPCleaner etc ?
Tous ces nettoyages dans tous les sens, ça peut causer des problèmes.

Tu as un autre sujet où tu as des problèmes de connexions, tu utilises un VPN, il rame et cause des problèmes.

Désinstalle Unchecky, sert à rien.
Des trucs comme IPFilter, SafeNet, VPN..

Je ne pense pas pouvoir faire quelque chose, tu compliques les choses en installant plein de logiciels.
Plus tu en mets, plus tu augmentes tes chances d'avoir des problèmes.
Et tu fais des nettoyer AdwCleaner, ZHPCleaner dans tous les sens.

Déjà arrête d'utiliser un VPN, ça devrait calmer les problèmes de connexions.

Voilà, j'ai supprimé pas mal de programmes (voir liste capture)


et depuis j'ai le réseau déconnecté enfin l'icône, et pourtant j'ai l'accès au net. Comment ça se fait ?
Comment résoudre ça ? car c'est trompeur.

Même réponse que précédemment, tu te créés les problèmes tout seul à installer 50 programmes.

Oui mais c'est fait pour ça, s'ils sont utiles... je ne comprends pas la cause exacte, pourtant j'en ai désinstallé pas mal suite à ta recommandation, donc bon, je ne sais pas je cherche juste à optimiser. Mais bon j'ai l'impression ça a l'effet inverse .... Merci ! je vais encore faire du ménage, voir ce dont je ne me sers pas encore... ok ;)
