Bonjour, j'ai de nouveau un souci avec mon PC qui est devenu très lent, sans raison apparente, dumoins sans raison que j'arrive à détecter et c'est pour cela que je demande à l'aide. J'ai installé le SP de Vista la semaine dernière et peut être est ce une des raisons. Je suis donc sous Vista Familial SP2, Anti virus : Avira + Spyware Blaster, nettoyage registre avec Ccleaner. Je poste un log de Hijack, si quelqu'un peu me filer un coup de main, ça serait sympa, merci d'avance. Philippe

Tu te connectes comment à Internet ?

Désinstalle via Panneau de configuration =) Désinstaller un programme :
  • Bonjour
    getPlus(R) Helper
    SpywareBlaster     (en dévaccinant avant car la vaccination peut ralentir & vu son efficacité...)
Puis :

Relance HijackThis (clique droit dessus, exécuter en tant qu'administrateur), coche ces lignes et clique sur Fix checked.

Ok dèjà merci pour cette réponse rapide.
Je suis connecté à Internet par WIFI (routeur free)
je n'ai pas trouvé "getPlus(R) Helper".
Par contre, j'ai désinstallé Spyware, mais il serait peut être bien d'avoir une protection de ce genre plus efficace, non ?

Tu peux fixer sans problème.

Pour getPlus(R) :
  • Télécharge et installe Revo Uninstaller,
  • Une fois que Revo Uninstaller installé, règle-le comme ici :
    Image
  • Ferme toutes tes applications (Navigateur, Lecteur audio\vidéo, ...)
  • Ouvre Revo, cherche getPlus(R) Helper,
  • Clique sur Désinstaller, Oui, Suivant,
  • Laisse le désinstallateur de getPlus(R) Helper faire puis ensuite supprime les restes.

    PS : Si le désinstalleur de getPlus(R) Helper ne se lance pas continue quand même.

C'est Ok :)

Finir le nettoyage :

Supprime :

C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\backups

Tu peux désinstaller\supprimer les programmes que nous avons utilisé via Ajout\Suppression de programmes du Panneau de configuration (XP) ou via désinstaller un programme (Vista)

Passe un coup de CCleaner (version slim)

Règle-le d'abord comme ici :

  • Clique sur le Pinceau,
  • Lancer le Nettoyage.
  • Patiente,
  • Ensuite clique sur Registre,
  • Chercher des erreurs,
  • Une fois l'analyse terminer clique sur Réparer les erreurs sélectionnées,
  • CCleaner va te demander si tu veux Sauvegarder ou non, à toi de voir si tu le veux ou pas,
  • Clique sur Corriger toutes les erreurs sélectionnées,
  • OK,
  • Tu peux fermer CCleaner.
Nettoie ensuite ta base de registre avec Windows Registry Cleaner.

Défragmente ton DD avec MyDefrag.

Défragmente ta base de registre avec NTREGOPT (Pour Vista : Clique droit dessus, exécuter en tant qu'administrateur)

Pendant la défragmentation (assez rapide) avec NTREGOPT ne tente pas de faire quoique ce soit avec le PC, tu ne pourras pas !

Désactiver l'indexation des fichiers :
  • Poste de travail ou Ordinateur,
  • Clique-droit sur les disques durs,
  • Propriétés,
  • Décochez :
    • Sur Xp : Autoriser l'indexation de ce disque pour la recherche rapides de fichiers
    • Sur Vista : Indexer ce lecteur pour une recherche rapide
  • Appliquer les modifications à C:\et à tous les sous-dossiers et fichiers, si un message d'erreur apparaît cliquer sur Ignorer. Laissez faire.
Désactive puis réactive la restauration du système

Ok, j'ai suivi tous tes conseils et je t'en remercie.
Par contre, je n'ai pas supprimer la restauration du système, car il semble que j'ai un autre souci suite à la défragmentation du registre.
En effet, j'ai souvent une fenêtre qui s'ouvre avec ce message Resource File <C_SpURs DLL>not found !
Est ce que c'est grave docteur ?

Le lien que tu m'as mis ne me sert pas à grand chose je crois pour le registre.Du coup, je te remets un dernier log d'Hijack, que j'ai beaucoup de mal à lancer (pas mal d'erreur qui me redirigent vers le site de Hijack). D'autre part, je n'arrive plus à graver quoi que ce soit avec Nero. Ce qui m'embête car j'ai des conférences à mettre sur DVD et du coup Nada.
Désolé de t'embêter de nouveau mais si tu peux m'aider, merci d'avance.

Si ! Fais-le, ça me permettra de voir quel programme peut-être en cause.

Restaure la sauvegarde de Windows Registry Repair et reboot, vois si ça résout un des problèmes.

Désolé, je ferais mieux de tourner 7 fois ma langue dans ma bouche....
Voici le log de l'uninstall list.
Par contre, bête comme je suis, j'avais désinstaller tout ce que j'avais installé (notamment le défragmenteur de registre et Windows repair) croyant que tout allait bien se passer....OUPS!
