Bonjour,
J'ai un problème j'ai du chopper quelque chose :
En premier j'ai eu une fenètre qui me disait que csrss.exe avait beuger et me demander si je voulais ou non envoyer un rapport d'erreur mais je 'n'ai auparavent pas cliquer sur terminé ce processus.
En second quelques minutes après J'ai eu un écran bleu avec marquer le fichier qblauKJ.sys a eu un problème si c'est la première fois que sa arrive redémarré (se que j'ai fait) il me disait aussi que cela pouvais venir d'un matériel défecteux ou je ne c'est quoi.
En troisième Dans la gestion des taches il y a 2 csrss.exe un pour SYSTEM et l'autre compac_propriétaire
Enfin le log que Hijack This le processus csrss.exe a une croix rouge sur le site de loghijackthis.com :

ok fait le scan antivir et poste le rapport .

tu peux completer avec un scan+rapport MBAM que tu garderas pour des scans ponctuels:

Désoler je n'ai pas trop le temps pour un scan mais je peux faire une scan rapide(qui analyse que les endroits ou il est possible d'avoir un virus)
Mince C'est pas finit j'ai encore ces foutue écran bleu et mon pc est encore plus ralentit :

ouvre une invite de commande , executer---> cmd

tapes en respectant les espaces et valide par la touche "enter" --> chkdsk /f /r

repond par Oui à la question , et redemarre ton pc , laisse le chkdsk se derouler sur 5 etapes sur ecran bleu , le pc va redemarrer apres la vérification

reessaie de faire un scan rapide MBAM + antivir

Le chkds n'a duré que apène seconde j'ai eu juste le temps de voir l'écran bleu es normle ?

• supprime mbr.log qui est sur ton bureau

» mbr.exe doit etre sur ton bureau puis copie_colle dans executer et valide:

"%userprofile%\Bureau\mbr.exe" -f

poste le nouveau rapport mbr.log

» Télécharge Gmer sur ce lien
http://www.gmer.net/gmer.zip

Déconnecte toi d'internet si possible et ferme tous les programmes.
Décompresse le fichier zip et double-clic sur gmer.exe
IMPORTANT Si une alerte de ton antivirus apparaît pour le fichier gmer.sys ou gmer.exe, laisse le s'executer.
Clic sur l'onglet "rootkit"
A droite, coche toutes les cases
Clic sur Scan
Lorsque le scan est terminé, clique sur "copy"

Ouvre le bloc-note et clique sur le Menu Edition / Coller
Le rapport doit alors apparaître.
Enregistre le fichier sur ton bureau et poste le rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

Pour le mbr c'est le meme log
Et pour gamer il me met l'écran bleu avec un problème sur le fichier : qblauKJ.sys

» desinstalle Gmer avec le fichier Gmer_uninstall.bat qui se trouve dans c:\windows et supprime gmer.ini aussi apres si present dans ce meme dossier.

tu avais deja une version precedente :
S3 gmer;gmer; C:\WINDOWS\System32\DRIVERS\gmer.sys [2008-06-10 85969]

et redemarre ton pc.

Les Antivirus couinent sur ComboFix (Nircmd ....), faut autoriser ou désactiver temporairement son AV , ainsi que la demande d'access à la zone sure si le firewall couine , il faut autoriser \o/

* Double-clique combofix.exe, accepte le CluF qui s'affiche, afin de l'exécuter et suis les instructions.
* Lorsque l'analyse sera complétée, un rapport apparaîtra que tu me posteras.
* Si le fichier n'apparait pas, il se trouve ici > C:\ComboFix.txt
